The Conference will highlight initiatives in a variety of countries to accelerate the inclusion of women on corporate boards; will examine research on the impact of diversity on board performance; will discuss best practices for increasing the participation of women on boards; and will debate what is needed to “move the needle” in the United States.

The Conference will feature CEOs and board chairs from leading companies, senior government officials in the US and abroad, the heads of executive search firms, institutional investors, stock exchange executives, and other corporate governance stakeholders.

The SAIS conference is open to the public and there is no fee to attend, but registration is required.
