Welcome to the SAIS Center for Transatlantic Relations website on boardroom diversity. We launched this website to create a repository for information on initiatives in the United States and around the world to achieve greater gender diversity in corporate leadership. It is an outgrowth of the September 2010 SAIS Center for Transatlantic Relations’ major forum on Closing the Gender Gap: Global Perspectives on Women in the Boardroom. The site provides the text or links to legislation, codes, regulations, and best practices on boardroom diversity; academic and corporate research; plus articles and events on this topic. We welcome your suggestions as well as submissions of research, legislation, articles, event notices or other news for possible website inclusion.
